Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sanket.ai (“we”, “us”, “our”) provided through WhatsApp and this website. By messaging our WhatsApp number or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Sanket.ai offers informational content related to Vedic astrology (Jyotish), dream interpretation, and related topics via WhatsApp, using automated and AI-assisted responses. Features may change over time. We may suspend or modify the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Not professional advice

Content provided through Sanket.ai is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified professionals. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live and meet any minimum age required by WhatsApp and applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt our systems or WhatsApp;
  • Send malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may refuse or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law are violated.

5. AI-generated content

Responses may be produced with the help of automated systems and trained language models. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should verify important information independently. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from readings or interpretations.

6. WhatsApp and third parties

The service is delivered using the WhatsApp Business Platform and other infrastructure providers. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or practices of Meta or other third parties beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual property

Sanket.ai branding, website content we provide, and our software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service as offered. You may not copy our materials for commercial use without permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanket.ai and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) zero if the service is free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Sanket.ai and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
